For purposes of applicable data-protection laws, Tier 1 is the data controller for processing described in this Policy.

• To verify email ownership and manage allowlists or early-access programs.

• Unsubscribe: Every email includes an unsubscribe option. You can also contact us to remove your address from the waitlist and communications.
• Access/Deletion: Email us to request a copy of your data or to delete it.

We do not sell personal information.
